When faced with problems and hardships in life, everyone seeks some kind of sanctuary or refuge, in order to weather the difficulties, in order to feel safe. In this teaching we explore different kinds of refuge, which kinds may be truly relied upon and which kinds, if we count on them too much, will inevitably let us down.
